First, I think it is important that if you are having these kinds of problems to a degree where they are having unwanted impacts on your life, you should see a licensed professional (Im not one) specializing in OCD.  OCD is a complex disorder, but there are evidence based treatments that may really help. And it is possible that they may work without needing medications, depending on your particular circumstances.  But like I said, Im not a licensed professional, so please seek one out and see if he or she can help.

 i read through the above website. thanks for the idea of keeping a journal or record. i wanna discuss with u on certain things. i&#039;m having OCD (Obsessive compulsion disorder) for more than a year and trying to overcome it. does this method can be applied for it. i believe negative thinking for a long time can be a cause of OCD. my problem is i always have unwanted thoughts or images of people i disliked crossing my mind for some actions . it signal to me if i ignore it, then all my following action will go fail or bad. these cause me to repeat my action many times until the image disappear or replacing it with other liked images. these takes much of my time and cause distress and interfere my everyday life.  i also a bit perfectionist and trying to do things perfectly which may be a cause of OCD. i know certain test like CBT for OCD treatment but it&#039;s seems expensive. i dont want to take modern medicine. i just want to overcome it manually and by practise. so can i use your method to overcome it? do you have anyone who is having OCD and overcome it? how did they do? can you give me some suggestions? thank u
