Thank you for replying.  You seem as if you are going through some difficult times.  It is understandable to have negative thoughts when bad things happen to us in life, or if we have an unpleasant past. While the methods I have posted are proven, based on a great deal of empirical evidence, to assist most people in managing these negative thoughts, for some it is more difficult. For these people speaking to a licensed mental healthcare professional is the first step. There are many methods that can be used to make it easier to manage negative thoughts.  I wish you the best and hope you find inner peace.
